Day 3 of our honeymoon (Tuesday)

Danny & I with Funship Freddy

Today, we docked in Cozumel. We had booked the helmet sea trek excusion. It was fun. I am definately glad we did it, but I will never do it agian. We put on the helmet (that weighed 75lbs.) and dropped 20 ft below to the ocean floor. Obviously we were in a shallow part of the ocean. We were under water so I wasn't able to use a digital camera. Sorry, no pictures. We held all kinds of fish, fish swam around us, saw a ship wreck, etc. I just felt a little claustrophobic...ok very claustrophobic!!

Today I discovered there is a sushi bar from 5-8:15 every day. How exciting! So you bet, I was there every day! We also went to the casino for a short while each day. Danny never won. The last night we were there they left me a message saying I had a credit in the casino. So, I have no clue how I got that. I never saw that I had won anything. On well, I am not complaining. There were late night comedy and magic shows that we would go to also. They were fun. Note to self: inside the boat they keep the air conditioner set to like 60, bring warmer clothes next time! Our formal night. You know me, this is as dressy as I get!

Day 2 of our Honeymoon (Monday)

Not sure if most of you know, but I lovvvveee breakfast foods. Monday Danny and I got up and ordered room service for our breakfast. They didn't really have a whole lot of "hot foods," but it was enough to fill us for breakfast. Then at noon, we went to the breakfast buffet. YUM! This was more like it.

We checked our mailbox just outside our room and found a flyer. We had raffle tickets to a painting auction. They would have prizes and free champagne. Between this champage, and my wedding champagne, I think I've decided I dont like Champagne at all, haha. Anyways, the auction ended up being way to pricey for us. So no new paintings in our home.

At 2:00, we were exhausted and lazy, so were ordered room service again. This time we got all kinds of food. I wanted to try a few different things. Hey, it's free right?! I took a picture of the receipt because I could not believe that they do not charge you for this.

Room service comes in every morning and does their typical hotel room cleaning. Then in the evening they do the same thing and leave you a fun little towel animal. We were so excited each night to see what they left us. I couldnt believe our room would get cleaning 2 times a day too!
Here is a picture of one of the staircases. Everything on the boat was so elegant. Reminds me a Vegas!

Day 1 of our Honeymoon (Sunday)

Sunday, September 13th, we arrived in Tampa, Florida midday. Danny's Aunt Carol and uncle Frank picked us up from the airport. They also had their grandson Ryeiley with them. He was a hoot! We were on our way to the Port and stopped for lunch at McDonalds. From Tampa airport to the Port was about a 30 minute drive. As we pulled up to the Port, I noticed our boat. I was in shock! I didn't know it was going to be that big. I began to get nervous for the first time.

So we pulled up to the port. Carol and Frank had to drop us off at this point. A man met us, and had us look up our names to find our cabin number. We were #5222, and we wrote this on a tag on our luggage. They then took our luggage, and sent it to our room. We had to wait in a few long lines to board and make sure we were legal, haha. These lines went pretty fast though. Finally, we boarded the ship. As soon as we got on, there were people wanting to take our picture, people passing out activities and coupons for the week, etc. It was a little overwhelming. We had no clue where to go. So, we said well, we need to get to our room, and the first place to check is probably the elevators. So that is where we started. There are a few sets of elevators, so it was confusing on where our room was depending on which elevators we took.
We found our room and it was great.
Our room was great! I expected it to
be super small, but it was perfect for us.

We basically just checked out the boat. We found the "welcome show" so we watched that. It was a comical introduction for everything that we needed to know for the week. Once the boat set sail, we were all called to the deck for a safety test. It was fast and easy.
We went to our sitdown dinner that evening. There were 3 other couples at our table. They were all on their
honeymoon. Later we found out that there were 128 newlyweds on our boat. September must be a popular wedding month!
At 11pm we found the top deck. It was completely black and windy. It was so scary not seeing what was past the railing. We weren't about to find out! We went back to our room and decided to check out the room service. We got all kinds of food and it was free. I couldnt believe it! I love free stuff.

Thank you everyone

We wanted to thank everyone again, for coming to our wedding. It meant so much to us that many of the most important people in our lives were there to share our special day with us. The weather was great, and everything turned out wonderful. Thanks again for coming, and thank you for all of your wonderful gifts. We did get a great gift that didn't have a card attatched. So, hopefully whoever the gift is from, is reading this. Please let me know if it yours so we can give you a personal thanks. It is 2 pictures frames. They are identical. They are black with 4 boxes for pictures, like a collage. They are in a white gift bag with pink hearts. The front of the bag has a bride and groom in a pink car. Cute bag too!

Love,
