So, I have been told by other "bloggers" that Thursday is called "Thankful Thursdays." So I thought I would post a blog about what I am thankful for.

First off, I love watching the Bachelor. So, that show reminds me of how thankful I am for having a special man in my life. He treats me great, and he even wants to marry me. So, I plan on never having to "date" again! The Bachelor reminds me that dating is not fun.

Danny, thank you for being you...and for doing our grocery shopping tonight.

I can be big dork sometimes!

So I told you that I purchased 2 items at David's Bridal. Yesterday, I opened my bag that had my slip in it. She said I needed to hang it up ASAP. Well, I bought the slip and a vail. I only had a slip in the bag. Where's my vail?! Then I was wondering, how are they going to believe me that I don't have it. Well, I called and she was very nice, and said to just come in and ask for a manager. Last night Danny and I went to see a movie. I noticed a David's Bridal bag in the back seat. OHHHHH! Now I remember, haha. Chrissy carried out one bag and I carried out the other. So, that's why I only remember having one bag. The funny part is, I was the one carrying the bag with the vail, Chrissy was carrying the big bag with the slip.

Tuxes are ordered! The groomsmen still need to get fitted, but the type of tux and colors are picked out. I'm glad I ended up going with Danny to get fitted because they spent more time with me than they did him. His appointment sure did go alot faster than my 2 dress appointments also. Men have it so easy!

I have an appointment Wednesday for my bridesmaids to try on dresses at Davids bridal. I made this appointment last minute so I'm not sure if I will need to reschedule it. Hopefully, everyone can make it.

I bought my wedding dress today at David's Bridal, yay! I had to order it, so it will be awhile until it arrives. I bought 2 other things but I was so undecisive I can't remember what I ended up with. I know I bought the slip, and I think I ended up getting the veil. Too many choices!!!!

So, tomorrow is Danny's appointment at Men's Warehouse at 3pm. I will be going with him to "monitor" his choices. You never know with him, what he could walk out wearing, haha.

Now my mission is bridesmaid dresses. Danny's mission is where to have our rehersal dinner, he just doesn't know it yet.

Well, I had to reschedule my appontment to try on dresses. My original appointment didn't fit into my work schedule. Anyways, I now have an appointment on Friday January 23rd, at 2:00. So, again, wish me luck.

Lately we have just been searching flights for our honeymoon. We have flights "held" but they are outrageous. So, we have been keeping our eye out for a great deal. I have also been trying to get ideas for out reception decorations. So, as of now, no new big wedding news. I will definately keep you posted.

Well, I have an appointment on January 13th to try on wedding dresses. So wish me luck on finding "the one."

We also put down our "confirmation deposit" on our wedding and reception hall. So Valle Vista is definately ours on Spetember 12, 2009. That's a good thing because I thought it was "definately ours" when I put the first deposit down! haha.

Well, a little over 8 months to go. I can't believe how fast time is flying by. I have so much to do but I still have plenty of time, atleast that's what I keep telling myself. Well, my goal again for this month is to pick a wedding dress. I have been lazy lately, so I never got around to it.

I hope everyone had a fun and safe New Years Eve. We had a great night. We went to dinner with some friends and then played rock band on playstation. I feel so old by going to bed early these days, but I also feel so young since I am playing nintendo again, haha.

I think we are officially finished with our wedding registry, so I can check that off my list. We registered at Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and Weddingsolutions.com. That was fun. It is a honeymoon registry. I think that was my favorisite registry to do and it was the easiest.
