wedding invitations...done

Wilton brand wedding invitations are a living nightmare!

Just had a very stressful time printing my wedding invitations. And by "time" I mean like the last month! They are reimbursing me for everything that is messed up and I was able to buy new kits. So your invites should be in the mail soon. And I expect everyone to talk about how GREAT they are. You do not understand what I have been through to get these done. Danny has probably experienced the most mad and upset I have ever been (over little things.) And he still wants to marry me!

Chrissy had problems printing my bridal shower invitations that were Wilton, so it isn't just me. :)

Bridal shower with my family

The day of my bridal shower with my family turned out to be a wet one. It storming!!!!! Sounds like they had plans of it being outside but it was obviously moved indoors. It still turned out b-e-a-utiful. I got a little chocked up when I saw the food table. Not because I love food, but because It was so pretty.
This is an afghan that my grandma has been knitting for a LONG time. It means alot to me because of everything that has happened since she started making this; my grandpa passed away, my little cousin passed away, etc. So that means that those 2 have probably seen this blanket. I never even knew she knitted so it must have been something she did in her spare time.

This a a willowtree figurine of a married couple. I don't think my aunt Cynthia knew this but I love these Willowtree figurines. I was so excited to ad this specific one to my collection. Too bad my eyes weren't open for the picture.

Thankful Thursday

I have been super sick the past couple of days and I am FINALLY feeling better. I have rarely called in sick to work and I was off work for 2 days!!! I am thankful for Danny for making a couple of trips to the store for liquid tylenol, orange juice, etc. So I know he is here for me through sickness and in health.

I am also thankful for my friends at work who offered to bring me medicine.

Danny filled out our marriage application. It is only good for 60 days, so we are going to wait a week or two to file it. I want everything done NOW but I know we can't file this too soon, or we will be doing it again.

He also just finished our music list for our wedding. I kept looking at songs and thought, "noone is going to remember what song was playing, and some may not even hear the music." So I decided to get the stress off me and let him do it. So, if there is some weird song at our reception, don't look at me, haha.

Tonight we were both researching rehersal dinner info. I will have to follow-up with a few people tomorrow. My goal is to have it booked by tomorrow afternoon.

Well, I have to get back the bachelorette, bye for now.

Please pray for Danny's grandpa. His grandma called Sunday saying she was worried about him and that he isn't doing well. So Danny rushed out there Sunday with his dad. They spent the day out there.

Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for my dad and all of his handy work. He is always here to help me with something at the house (that Danny can't) or bring me something to make my life easier.

I am also thankful for my mom who always try to help me with...something, i.e. cleaning my house tonight. ( I guess it was pretty bad)
